The Board is composed of a representative from each of the direct members.
The Executive Committee is composed of the group’s officers and representatives. The Committee meets and is responsible for the administration and operation of the risk management programs.
All subcommittees are formed with the intent to establish small working groups that can discuss issues in more detail than time allows at the Executive Committee and Board meetings. Subcommittees can be standing or ad hoc.
