 2011/12 Risk Control Plan

Members who value and want on-site services will continue to receive them in an easier, less restrictive manner.

■  Each member will receive up to the equivalent of four days of service time per year.  Service time includes:

     • On-site training

     • On-site consultation

     • Program development

     • Customized webinar development

     • Phone consultation

■  Services will be tailored on demand, eliminating the menu and point system.  This will allow BRS to quickly and positively respond to those members wanting assistance without having to negotiate points.

■  The BRS Risk Control Department will provide activity reports at LAWCX Executive Committee and Board meetings.

■  Notifications regarding the available services will be distributed regularly, but members will not be forced to use services.

■  As a value-added service, all members will have access to technology-based resources through a link on LAWCX’s website.  These resources include:

     • Blogs

     • Sample programs with guides

     • Quick answers to questions asked online

     • Safety Communications

     • Webinars

     • Streaming videos

     • Online training
